Alpaca Craft Parties will do everything in our power to accommodate you and your guests during the planning, ordering, and partying process.  Our goal, of course, is to KEEP partying with you!  In an effort to keep our business running smoothly, the following policies will be in effect 

Alpaca Craft Parties Policies

Booking and Planning

  • Upon receiving a party request form, Alpaca Craft Parties will contact you via your preferred method to confirm the availability of your requested party date and time.  We will also begin working through the crafting details including time and cost expectations.

  • Once the basics are worked out, an RSVP form will be made available online for your guests to fill out and pay for their craft.  Your party will be viewable by the public, however your RSVP form will require guests to enter an access code that you will provide them.

  • In most cases, crafting costs will be identical for all guests, but we never want to limit someone's creativity, so if a guest would like to make a special request that incurs additional costs, we're happy to work through those details and bill them accordingly.​

​

  • In some cases, particularly with larger groups, guests may be asked to bring typical household supplies with them to the party (ie: a hair dryer, screwdriver, scissors).  This will NEVER be a requirement for participation, but will help the process run smoother the more of them that are available.

Fees and Payments

  • Payment is due in full prior to supply orders being placed, which will be your RSVP deadline.

  • There is a $10 per person non-refundable booking fee for each Alpaca Craft Party.  You may choose to pay this fee yourself at the RSVP deadline or it can be built into your guests' costs.

  • The individual supply costs of each Alpaca Craft Party will vary depending on the craft you decide to make.  We will review all costs with you prior to posting your party.


Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the highly customized nature of Alpaca Craft Parties supplies, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel orders after the RSVP date for your party.​​

  • An Alpaca Craft Party can be rescheduled for a later available date at any time up to 1 week prior to the original scheduled date.  If you must reschedule your party within 1 week of the scheduled date, you forfeit your original booking fee and will be charged a new one prior to rescheduling.

  • If you cancel your party after the RSVP date, guests can arrange to pick up supplies for their chosen craft directly from Alpaca Craft Parties or schedule their own party.

​​

  • Please contact us ASAP if you need to make changes to a specific order placed or if you would like to reschedule your party.  The earlier we know, the better chance we can make the changes you need.
